UMOCA’s annual gala is the museum’s most significant fundraising event—and one of Salt Lake City’s most distinctive cultural evenings. Join us for a night of western glamour, bold contemporary art, and spirited revelry in support of the museum’s exhibitions and programs.
This year’s theme takes its cue from UMOCA’s exhibition Altered States in the Acid West, inspired by the Acid Westerns of the 1960s and 1970s. Think a West refracted through glitter, grit, and strangeness—edgy, hallucinatory, and a little unhinged.
Black tie with a western edge. Please leave denim and raw jeans for another occasion.
