Join UMOCA for Flow Share Yoga, a monthly series that brings together gentle movement, live improvised music, and close looking. Guided by Kellie St. Pierre with live sound by Chaz Prymek, this all-levels, disability-friendly yoga session invites participants into an embodied experience of contemporary art.
This month’s class will take place within Eleanor Mahin Thorp: Snowtrickle, feldspar, dirt, using the exhibition as a point of reflection throughout the practice.
Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle.
