Thank you for being part of the UMOCA community!

Your voice helps us create meaningful exhibitions, programs, and experiences for all visitors. This short survey will take about 3–5 minutes to complete, and your feedback will directly guide our 2026 planning.

We also want to hear from you as we reflect on the year—what worked, what you loved, and what we can improve. Your responses are confidential and will help us make UMOCA even better.
